This mural (Acrylic house paint, 20' x 42') was privately commisssioned by the owners of the former Avid Reader bookstore. It has been marginally maintained but is in good condition and of good appearance. The colors have faded some but paint adhesion is good. The mural has some dirty build up and one small, but obstrusive, instance of graffiti that would be retouched. The mural needs a wash and a protective clear coat added.
